I recently submitted a music video of mine with footage of The Galaxy Invader =

and was notified of copyright infringement stating Shout! Factory LLC owns the movie. Apparently they re-release videos on Blu-ray and DVD soI'm not sure if I have a leg to stand on or how to resolve issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Fight it! I've been through this a dozen times, dispute the harassment claim and FIGHT! I've dealt with Shout! and backed their thieving lying asses down every time!

I found after I uploaded like 1000 plus videos it goes easier all around to just delete the damn thing i would make music and put it to visuals they would say this music is copywritten well either way I would not want something I did that sounds like some others nonsense.. to be posted under my aliases or associated with me.. in the end deleting things works wonders... I did do the fight with things that were obviously only me.. and they would get annoyed with the hassle --
